Your community shouldn't have to struggle for funding and resources. When it partners with CCI, it won’t.

  • Mission: CCI strengthens communities by developing the strategy, funding, and sustainable capacity public-serving organizations need to deliver lasting community impact.

  • Founded by accomplished leaders from the nonprofit, corporate, and behavioral science sectors— and with a team of professionals that includes CPAs, attorneys, communications specialists, and elected officials— CCI was built to be the strategic partner under-resourced nonprofits and municipalities need.

  • Uniquely, CCI's services are fully subsidized through grant funding and direct donations, enabling us to work as a collaborative partner rather than a transactional consultant.

  • Serving communities throughout the nation, CCI is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Otsego County, NY.

Never doubt that a a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.

-- Margaret Mead

Our communities are battling what experts have termed: "A Quiet Crisis." And it probably hurts you deeply to see and experience it.

Local nonprofits, public agencies, and municipalities are confronting increasingly complex social challenges while operating with:

  • Limited funding

  • Overstretched staff

  • Insufficient infrastructure and capacity to meet critical needs

These public-serving organizations are forced to do a lot more with a lot less, and many of them lack:

  • Strategic planning capacity

  • Sustainable funding development systems

  • Experienced grant researching and grant-writing support

  • Leadership and board development resources

  • Operational systems that support long-term growth

Without these foundational elements, even the most initially impactful programs struggle to scale or sustain their outcomes.

Capacity building is not a luxury.

It's essential to sustainable community resilience.

We know, because we experienced it ourselves. That's why we created...
