About CCI
Headquartered in Upstate New York, and serving clients nation-wide, Community Capacity Initiative ("CCI") is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides strategic planning, grant writing, program development, and comprehensive advisory services to under-resourced nonprofits, public agencies, and municipalities.

To build prosperous, thriving communities by providing resources and building sustainable capacity in the public agencies, nonprofits, and municipalities that serve them.
The Process
We are Impactivists. We cultivate a culture of inclusion, compassion, communication, and collaboration as we meet with and listen to all stakeholders, assess needs, and pair proven best practices with visionary thinking to deliver creative solutions, programs, and transformative initiatives that tackle current and anticipated societal challenges.
Drawing upon extensive expertise and leadership roles in the corporate, nonprofit, and public service sectors, CCI forms innovative collaborations, secures funding, and provides resources that enable communities to flourish.
